Psalms 97:7
7All worshipers of images are aput to shame,who make their boast in bworthless idols;
cworship him, all you gods!
Isaiah 45:16-17
16 dAll of them are put to shame and confounded;the makers of idols go in confusion together.
17But Israel is saved by the Lord
with everlasting salvation;
eyou shall not be put to shame or confounded
to all eternity.
Isaiah 65:11-14
11But fyou who forsake the Lord,who forget gmy holy mountain,
who hset a table for Fortune
and ifill cups of mixed wine for Destiny,
12I will destine you to the sword,
and all of you shall bow down to the slaughter,
jbecause, when I called, you did not answer;

but you shall be hungry;
behold, my servants shall drink,

but you shall be put to shame;
14behold, mmy servants shall sing for gladness of heart,
but you shall cry out for pain of heart
and shall wail for breaking of spirit.
Isaiah 66:5
5 Hear the word of the Lord,you who tremble at his word:
“Your brothers who hate you
and cast you out for my name’s sake
have said, n‘Let the Lord be glorified,
that we may see your joy’;
but it is they who shall be put to shame.
Jeremiah 2:26-27
26 “As a thief is shamed when caught,so the house of Israel shall be shamed:
othey, their kings, their officials,
their priests, and their prophets,
27who say to a tree, ‘You are my father,’
and to a stone, ‘You gave me birth.’
For they have turned their back to me,
and not their face.
But pin the time of their trouble they say,
‘Arise and save us!’
Ezekiel 16:63
63that you may remember and be confounded, and qnever open your mouth again because of your shame, when I atone for you for all that you have done, declares the Lord God.”Ezekiel 36:32
32 rIt is not for your sake that I will act, declares the Lord God; let that be known to you. Be ashamed and confounded for your ways, O house of Israel.
